I'm interested in how phenomenology and aesthetics can help us rethink the relationship between humans and the environment. Growing from work on British landscapes and my book Surface Encounters: Thinking with Animals and Art, which is about contemporary animal artists and philosophy's relationship to the animal.
This blog provides notes to my animal revolution project.
For the revolutionary in all of us, Arm the Animals t-shirts, stickers, and misc fashion items. The animals don't care if you are wearing it, but it is good to warn other humans of the coming revolution.
